Day 1

Departure from DFW

Charter buses take us from Grapevine Mills Mall parking area to DFW for our flights to London Heathrow.  Everyone is so excited!

Day 2

Arrival in London

Upon landing at Heathrow, we board our luxury motor coaches and head straight to Central London near the iconic St. Paul's Church, the Millennium Bridge, and the Sheakspear Globe Theater. There's leisure time for enjoying lunch, shopping, exploring, etc.  Afterwards, we head to the Copthorne Tara Hotel in Kensington to check-in, meet our London hosts, and have a hearty dinner!

More Exploring London

After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for a day of sightseeing in London. Planned by our incredible guides, the day will include the changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and a visit to the Tower of London where we will see the British Crown Jewels. Then we are headed to our scheduled ride on the famous London Eye followed by free time at Covent Garden and Piccadilly Circus!

Concert Day in London

Breakfast at our hotel and we are off to the beautiful village of Windsor where we will present our first European performance! What an incredible setting performing right next to Windsor Castle! After the concert  there will be time to include a walk around this beautiful town for some shopping and lunch before heading back to London. The rest of the evening includes attending a beautiful and moving Evensong service at Westminster Abbey, enjoying dinner on your own, and attending a performance at your chosen London West End Musica!  What a day!

Over the English Channel

We are up early and checked out of our hotel.  Enjoy a beautiful morning drive to Dover where we literally drive our coach right onto the ferry for the ride over the English Channel.  Take time to change currency, shop in the duty free store, get a coffee, and enjoy the fresh sea breeze as we head to Calais, France!

Exploring Paris

After a light Parisian breakfast at our hotel, we are off to see the city! A morning visit to Montmartre to see the beautiful Basilica Sacre Coeur and Artists' Square while enjoying lunch on our own.  Then we head to some free time at the Eiffel Tower where you can walk up for magnificent views or visit the quaint shopping street of Rue Cler to enjoy the fresh food and flowers. Finally, it's dinner at our local restaurant, Monte Carlo, in the shadow of the Arc De Triomphe followed by an evening open air boat ride on the Seine to complete a magical day!

Fontainebleau

We leave the crowded streets of Paris and head to the town of Fountainebleau where we will see the incredible Chateau de Fountainebleau made famous by Louis VII and Napoleon.  It is absolutely stunning in its opulence and size.  After our visit, it's time for the next performance of our group near the town center!  Afterwards, it's a group lunch and time for shopping before heading back to Paris where our guides will lead us to see Notre Dame Cathedral and the winding streets of the Latin Quarter.  Dinner on your own and some free time to explore before heading back to our hotel after an incredible day!.

Off to Switzerland!

After breakfast we board our coaches for the ride to Switzerland.  Enjoy the beautiful French countryside with charming villages and endless fields of wheat.  Finally at the border to change currency and then get ready for an awe-inspiring drive along Lac Lemon with vineyards and the snow capped Alps.  The drive up to our destination town of Villars is absolutely breathtaking.  This can't be real, but it is!  Our hotel is charming...enjoy dinner and an evening stroll.

A day in the Swiss Alps!

After a hearty Swiss breakfast, enjoy a free day to enjoy all Villars has to off...shopping, hiking, cycling, a gondola ride, etc!  After dinner, we will present a concert to an appreciative Swiss audience in the beautiful Sports Centre..  The end to a perfect day!

The Magnificent Matterhorn

We are up early and excited for the ride through the beautiful Swiss countryside to the town of Tasch where we board a shiny, red Glacier Express train for the final leg of our ride to Zermatt.  Zermatt is one of the most famous Swiss ski towns and only accessible by train.  Once there, we board the Sunnegga for the final climb through the mountainside and arrive at the base of one of the most famous mountains in the world, the Matterhorn!  Unbelievable.  Free time in town to enjoy shopping, food, and the Swiss mountain experience before heading back to Villars.  Once there the evening is not over as we will enjoy a traditional Swiss raclette dinner with music and fun!

An Olympic Venue

Our final Swiss breakfast and early departure.  We drive through the Swiss countryside, but along the way we get to enjoy lunch in Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein!  It is clean and beautiful with a castle overlooking the town.  Quick time to shop and grab lunch because we are off to Seefeld, an Austrian ski village on the mountain above Innsbruck and a former Olympic venue site!  Our hotels are so charming and perfect, as well as the food being amazing!

Beautiful Innsbruck

After an incredible breakfast, we are off down the mountain to the beautiful city of Innsbruck.  Here we will watch skiers practice on the long jump even during the summer!  Also, we will see the jaw-dropping  Wilten Basilica...so ornate.  Finally, free time in Old Town with many cafes and shops to explore, as well as the Swarovski Crystal Gallery!  Soon it's time to head back up the mountain and get ready for our next performance of the Sound of Texas in the band shell with the Olympic Rings!

The Birthplace of Mozart

All aboard for our next adventure as we head to Salzburg, known for The Sound of Music and as the birthplace of Mozart.  We will enjoy a guided tour followed by free time to shop and explore before heading back for a final dinner in our hotels and packing in preparation for our departure the next morning.

Destination Dinkelsbuhl

Sad to leave Seefeld, but looking forward to our final destination of Dinklesbuhl, Germany.  On the way, we will stop at the Concentration Camp of Dachau and learn about the history and significance of this place.  Lunch follows at an authentic biergarten and then our arrival in Dinkelsbuhl, one of the many quaint medieval villages along what is called the Romantic Road in Bavaria.  So charming!  Check in to our hotels, dinner, and exploring on your own.

Concert and Party!

After a hearty German breakfast, it's time to explore the town.  So many cute shops and cafes.  However, it is soon time for the final performance of our group in the town square!.  More free time afterwards, dinner in our hotel, and then special Farewell Party for our group with lots of laughter and fun!  Time to pack, however, as we have an early departure in the morning!

Heading Home

It has been a whirlwind with so many experiences and beautiful places.  However, we are off early and headed to Frankfurt and eventually back to DFW.  We have seen so many new thing and made lots of new friends along the way...a fitting conclusion to what was the-trip-of-a-lifetime!
